The center part of a 3-piece wheel may be bolted in different ways to the inner and outer wheel lips:
- Sandwich mounted - Center Part between inner and outer lip.
- Front mounted - as shown here = Center Part in front of the lips.
- Rear mounted - Center Part mounted behind the lips.
Only rims with hump (green circle) do fullfill the latest technical requirements according to safety and ETRTO norms.
Especially hardend rollers are spinning the material over the rotating mould. Shaping the inner or out rim section. This
homogenous compressed material is the key to a perfect runout of any modular wheel.
The outer dish of a modern luxury wheel is made of Radinox. This material is non corrrosive, impact resitant and of perfect
finish. Radinox combines these features with the neccessary elongation. Under extreme impact conditions Radinox just deforms
but doesn't snap. Radinox lips are formed to take Tyre Pressure Monitor Sensors of modern cars. This picture of a cut through
